GEAS ASSESSMENT OF SUPERSTRUCT/RAVENOUS
Ravenous is a "deep transformation" challenge. The kinds of changes required to confront Ravenous successfully, on an ongoing basis, require re-evaluations of social and economic models, and substantially more experimentation. GEAS believes that a fully effective response to Ravenous will take at least a generation, and will suffer from apparent set-backs along the way. Nonetheless, the superstructures proposed and under development appear to be of the scale and depth needed to confront this superthreat.
