  • Who We Need
    • Scientists and ReDS experts - education from experts on proper procedures is paramount
    • Doctors, nurses, caretakers - any medical experience is welcome, practical and 'insider' experience working with ReDS is a bonus
    • Illustrators, photographers, graphic designers, animators - we want to give these documents a professional and approachable look, and something which people will recognize and associate with trustworthiness ("By the people, for the people" perhaps)
    • Writers, copywriters, journalists, editors - communicating effectively is the most important aspect of this project
    • Families, community leaders, teachers - these documents will immediately serve and benefit this group, so they should have input on how they are created and presented - and they will also find ways to distribute and share them with their communities

  • What we can accomplish

    • One of the quickest and easiest ways to help people understand how ReDS works and how to take care of themselves and others is by providing free, reliable documentation - such as in the form of brochures or posters. By collaborating, we can establish ourselves as a reliable source for information and aid. This project is intended to benefit those living in all types of communities affected by ReDS, especially those in remote or rural areas where they do not have ready access to relief.

  • How this superstruct works

    • - Development by collaborating, researching, discussing with community. Who are we trying to reach? Who are we trying to help? Where might materials be displayed or distributed?

      - Create photos, illustrations, etc. to accompany content. All should be high quality, print resolution (300 dpi). Photos must be well-lit and -composed.

      - Document is created by layout designer, suitable for online distribution as well as offline printing.

      - Documents are printed and posted. Response and impact is monitored and reported on.
